Registry of Deeds: Relocation of the Registration Function to Chancery Street

Customers should note that as and from 8th August 2016 the registration function in the Registry of Deeds office in Henrietta Street will be relocated to our Chancery Street office.

The remaining functions including searching/copying will remain in the Henrietta Street office.

From this relocation date the address for all correspondence relating to Registry of Deeds including copy memorial and search requests will be Chancery Street, Dublin 7,

Eircode – D07 T652.

No mail will be delivered to Henrietta Street.

DX will deliver all documentation for Registry of Deeds (DX199) to Chancery Street only. Note the DX address for Registry of Deeds will remain DX 199.

Customers are requested to clearly indicate on envelopes whether correspondence is for Registry of Deeds or Land Registry.

Lodgements/collections by hand of Registry of Deeds registrations will only be dealt with at the Chancery Street public counter.

The public counter and archives in Henrietta Street will remain open to the public for searching purposes only.
