COVID 19- Information on PRA Services – Update 16th May 2020
The PRA continues to adhere to Government and public health advice and all working arrangements are subject to ongoing review. We have commenced upscaling our operations on a gradual basis in line with our COVID-19 Recovery Plan. As part of the implementation of our Recovery Plan, we are now providing the following services:

Land Registry:
• Reduced level of processing applications for registration: Applications will be dealt with in order of priority. However, urgent applications will continue to be considered for expedited processing on a case by case basis.


• Our landdirect services and eRegistration services continue to operate as normal.


• Issuing of Copy Folios and Maps (already resumed). Customers can apply for copies in the normal way through landdirect.


Registry of Deeds:
• Registrations have re-commenced.


• Processing expedite requests for official searches and copy memorials at this time.

Our role is to provide a system of registration of title (ownership) to land, which is comprehensive and readily accessible.
