COVID-19: Information on PRA Services - Update
The Property Registration Authority (PRA) is aware that the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) is having a significant effect on how we live and work. We hope that all customers and their families stay safe and well during these challenging times.

The PRA is closely monitoring Government and HSE advice in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly and with immediate effect, property registrations are temporarily suspended with the exception of our eRegistration services. We will no longer be in a position to accept applications lodged through the post/DX. Our landdirect services will operate as normal with the exception of copy document requests.

Customers should not forward any applications to the PRA and should not request copy documents through landdirect.

We wish to thank our customers for their co-operation during these challenging times. Our staff are available to respond to your queries at info@prai.ie.

We look forward to more positive days ahead when we can provide our normal range of services.

Property Alert Service
The Property Alert Service is a free service available to all. Property is usually the most valuable asset people own. It can be sold and mortgaged to raise money and can therefore be an attractive target for fraudsters. The PRA have introduced the Property Alert Service in order to help deter and detect potential property fraud. Read More.
