Each time the customer conducts a fee paying transaction on landdirect.ie, they have the opportunity to enter their file reference. This appears on the users activity log alongside the transaction details. The activity log can be accessed for any date range. Note customers can also have the facility to check their balance online. Once this is set up, the system also notifies the user when their landdirect.ie balance falls below €100. Users can also be set up as “Account Administrators” which allows access to all transactions carried out on the account.
