Culture Night 20 September 2019

The Registry of Deeds will be one of 60+ organisations in the Monto & North Georgian Quarter of Dublin City participating in Culture Night on Friday 20th September 2019

About: Join a Calligraphy Drop-In Workshop which will teach participants 18th Century Round Hand using sample text from Registry of Deeds archival documents. Learn about the type of equipment and working conditions which Registry of Deeds staff experienced in the 1700s. Also discover the historical and cultural significance of our records.
