We are prioritising services that allow property transactions to continue, some services are experiencing slight delays and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

The safety of our staff and customers remains paramount.

We are currently operating a high level of service:

  • Applications can be lodged as usual through the post or DXApplications are being processed in order of priority.
  • Requests for Certified Copy Folios with Map and Copy Instruments can be made online or by post.
  • Plain copy orders of Memorials/ROD Applications are being processed by the Registry of Deeds.
  • All our electronic services continue to be available online at

Public Counters

In light of the government decision to move to Level 3 of the Living With COVID- 19 Plan, there will be additional restrictions and reduced capacity for public appointments at the Registry of Deeds. Appointments will be available for essential legal purposes only and can be reserved via our online booking system.

All other public offices remain closed at present as we are currently working to make all of our public counter areas safe for both customers and staff. A date for re-opening will be confirmed in due course.
