eRegistration
Thank you to our customers who are using our eRegistration services, and welcome to those who have recently signed up. We are delighted to offer the benefits of eRegistration to you and are very pleased to receive all applications created on the system. However, we have noted that some practitioners are not submitting complete documentation to us, which can cause unnecessary delays. You can follow our guide on creating an application on eRegistration, to help you fully complete the application process. If you have any difficulties or require further information, our support team are happy to help; you can contact them at eRegistration@prai.ie.
From 1st September 2021, in line with ComReg changes to Non-Geographic numbers, our 0761 001610 number will no longer be available. From that date, you can contact us by telephone on 051 303000 only. You are also encouraged to contact us by email at info@prai.ie. Your email will be acknowledged immediately and progressed as soon as possible.
