PRAI - landdirect.ie Training Guides

In order to assist our customers to avail of all of the features provided by our online Digital Map, we have now published seven visual Training Guides. These guides demonstrate to landdirect.ie customers many of the services our digital map offers including:

searching using mapping details
searching using the property address
viewing aerial photography (orthophoto's)
identifying properties using the seedpoint
bookmarking the map for future use
order a Special Registration Map
order an Official Map Search
search a selected area on the digital map and instantly receive results

We have also published an instructional guide showing how to complete and submit the electronic Form 17 . More that 55% of all applications for registration are now lodged using the eForm 17. Advantages of using the eForm 17 include:

instantly receive Dealing number
interact dynamically with the Land Registry database which facilitates accurate completion of information
registration fee is calculated
improved turnaround times for cases lodged through the electronic Form 17
