Subscribe to landdirect.ie
landdirect.ie for Business Acount Holders is a subscription service which requires a pre-paid account kept in credit, an assigned user ID and password and configuration of the appropriate security access. The Property Registration Authority does not charge a subscription fee for providing access. However, fees are payable for the actual usage of some of the services, see landdirect.ie Fees.
If you wish to subscribe to the PRA online service, please print and complete Form landdirect.ie 1 and forward it to Michelle St. Leger, Corporate Services Section, Property Registration Authority, Chancery Street, Dublin 7 with a minimum pre-payment of €125 made payable to the Property Registration Authority, which will be credited to your account.
Alternatively, the service may subscribed to via an intermediary service provider such as Lawlink, Vision-Net or Ellis & Ellis, of which many law firms and legal practitioners are already members. Enquiries about these services should be addressed directly to the respective firms.
Other Information
Form landdirect.ie 3 may be used for changes to account details.
Form of Certification may be used for applying for copy instrument under the provisions of Rule 188 (1) of the Land Registration Rules 1972, where a solicitor is acting for the registered owner.
