Land Registry - Contact Details

The Land Registry offices of the Property Registration Authority are based in Dublin, Roscommon and Waterford.

Folios and maps for all counties can be viewed at all of our Public Counters and staff at each counter can assist with queries on any county.

Our public office in Dublin is based at Chancery Street, Dublin 7, in Roscommon at Golf Links Road, Roscommon and in Waterford at Cork Road, Waterford. Public offices are open from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that access to our Chancery Street Office is only via the Four Courts entrance on Inns Quay..

Note - The new 0761 prefix for PRA telephone numbers is part of a Government initiative to reduce call costs for both public bodies and customers. Currently calls to the 0761 number are being charged at national call rates, but this is under review.
