Customer Charter and Action Plan

The PRA is pleased to announce the publication of our Customer Charter and Customer Action Plan 2018-2020.

Our Customer Charter sets out the standards of service which we will endeavour to provide for our customers, in accordance with the 12 Principles of Quality Customer Service. It also provides information on issues such as complaints procedures, services provided through the Irish language and Freedom of Information.

Our Customer Action Plan, which forms part of this document, develops the commitments and standards set out in our Charter. It also provides information on how the PRA intends to ensure that those commitments and standards are met, by setting out the initiatives that the PRA will be pursuing to meet the targets and objectives set out in the customer charter, as well as more general measures to enhance the services provided to customers.
